Salt Systems
Salt system repair and cell replacement
Salt pools are easy to love and easy to neglect. We diagnose generator faults, replace scaled or expired cells and convert traditional chlorine pools to salt.
- Cell inspection and cleaning
- Control board diagnostics
- Salt level correction
- Chlorine-to-salt conversions

Why salt systems stop producing
Most no-output faults come down to four things: a scaled or worn cell, salt level outside the operating range, cold water temperature, or a failed power supply board. We test rather than guess.
- Scaled cell plates
- Low or high salinity
- Failed flow switch
- Power supply faults
Cell life and Central Florida water
High calcium hardness accelerates scaling on cell plates, which is why balanced chemistry directly determines whether you get three years or seven from a cell. Our weekly customers get their cells inspected as part of routine service.
Converting to salt
If you are tired of hauling chlorine, we size a generator to your pool volume, install it on the equipment pad, add the initial salt and set output correctly for the season.
Questions
Frequently asked
Typically three to seven years depending on run time and water balance. Cells are consumable parts and eventually stop producing regardless of care.
